“What current real life story do you think could be used as a parable to teach a specific beatitude for Christian followers?”
A real life story that could be used as a story is how people have been traumitised by the war in Iraq and America. This can be used as a beatitude for Christian followers as it teachers about World Peace and the war’s affect on people
“If you were given the opportunity to write a chapter for the bible what would you write about? What messages would you want your readers to take away?”
If l were given the opportunity to write a chapter in the bible l will write about how Jesus in the early teachings taught us to love one another which is one of his most important teachings. I would want to reenforce this message by speaking of WORLD PEACE, free from war equality and to get rid of discrimination.
What if the Bible was never written?
If the Bible was never written then no one will now the stories about Jesus, no one will no what Jesus did or anything about his disciples and his life.

Something I had noticed between the tests as shown above and the practical before is that they both contain gravitational forces and they both can form land, through their various zones formed. I have also noticed that oceanic and continental plates can collide to also form other landmarks. Something that was indicated by the layers of the paper, that when the plates collide and compress they cause the rock produced to have many layers. Through the certain tests taken see results, I identified that test 1 connects with part a) (continental and continental), I also found that test 2 connects with part b) (Oceanic and oceanic) and also test 3 connects with part 3(Oceanic and continental). I have also figured out that continental collisions can occur in areas that contain continents (Europe) I have also found that oceanic collision occurs in oceans under ea bed, with the oceanic plates. Though continental and oceanic plates will occur in areas of volcanoes and trenches, as they are formed from this.
In today’s lesson we did 2 prac’ s on how the tectonics plates move and make mountains and it was a excellent prac.
After working on this activity I have noticed and understood the ways in which this activity relates to mid-ocean ridges. The thing that I have understood is that mid ocean ridges is the area where most activity occurs within ocean sea bed. It also produces rocks through lava(which comes from the convection currents). Though what I have noticed about the spreading is that when the plates separate they rise up and then lengthen down, this then pushes the lava further away or closer to the ridge to then cause the rocks to be younger or older. I noticed with the paper emerging it rose up to a certain point and then extended as we pushed up. I know this means that the paper was closer to the ridge, was higher and further away and lower. The strip that I coloured that resembled the oldest rock was the colour closest to the trench which was further away from the ridge. The youngest rock was the one closest to the ridge as they come after the older ones and push them away. The first strip to be swallowed is the one that is closest to the trench in this case the further one, simply because it is closer and due to continual plate separation they will be pushed to the trench.
In today’s Practical we had to investigate the movement of convection currents. My group and l had no trouble in doing this prac, we had to heat the hot plate then pour cold water in the beaker and then we had to place a crystal in the middle of the beaker and write down what happens. The crystal then started to come back up and would then spread out in all directions. The second part of the Prac was to see if we had put ice over the crystal in cold water what would happen? The crystal started to melt into the water. When we finished our Prac’s we then had to complete a work sheet on Earthquakes. The things that l learned from the prac’s was that ice can melt the crystal and make it sink to the bottom, and that crystals can spread around when heated up by the hot plate. I also learned that crystal’s contain potassium permanganate.
1. Throughout this project my group has made a good effort and it was fun recording and filming and also meeting new people. I think l showed by geting a high ”B” because l have helped my team member giving them points on how to do things like the filming l helped by telling them how to present yourself infront of the camera and l think that my group would of maybe reached an “A”.
2. I think that to improve on my grade i should, go back over the movie that me and my group prepared and just see what needs to be fixing and what l can add into it to make it a good grade.
3. For teamwork i think l will get a 4 out of 5 because i don’t think on some occassions i helped them as much as i could have.
4. I think to recieve an A on Monday. I must understand my finished product along with my group. This is because i believe if we are asked questions which is what we would expect we have to cover every area to show that we believe and understand that our issue is relevant to society. I think also myself and my group have to do those basic things right like eye contact.
1. The thing’s that influence me in my life are the people who support me in my life and also those who care for me like my family, friends, peers and Jesus.
2. Yes, because there are a few bad people who give out bad examples to the young and there are some good people who do good things like help others.
3. Yes, because it has changed some of my perspectives and has created the type of value that l set out.
1. I believe that they may find various sources of different information and that media portrays a social justice issue well.
2. The topic that our group chose was stem cells. It was a bit hard to find information on this topic because not much people know anything about it.
3. I don’t believe that the media bases from a moral framework, because morals are based on decisions and right or wrong.
