Open Universe is refers to a universe which has no physical or practical barriers. The Universe can continue to expand forever. If the universe can not expand forever, barriers must then exist.

Billion years ago- 1 billionth of trillionths of a second the first matter- electrons and quarks were formed.
30000 years later- Hydroygen and Helium atoms begin to form as part of the electrons and quarks.
Years later- other matter forms and catches on the universe.
1 billion years later- Stars formed along with many galaxies.
